Link in bio, explained

A link in bio with room for your work.

A link in bio page gives people one place to explore the things you share. With Chip & Cheer, that place is a mini website you can shape around your work, services, and ways to connect.

Free to start · No credit card · Unlimited basic links

What belongs on your page?

Think about the person arriving from your profile. Give them enough context to understand who you are, then make the next useful action easy to find.

A clear introduction

Use your name or business name, a recognizable image, and a short bio. Describe what you do in words someone new to your work will understand.

Your most useful destinations

Start with your current priority: a project, shop, menu, release, or booking link. Follow with the work and resources people are likely to need next.

A way to keep in touch

Add social profiles and a contact destination. If you want people to send an inquiry without leaving your page, Pro offers a lead capture form.

Two ways to organize the same idea.

Choose the structure that fits your goal. These are illustrative templates, with sample people and content.

A portfolio-first page

Introduce your specialty, put selected work first, and follow with services and a contact link. This gives prospective collaborators context before they get in touch.

Explore portfolio templates

An offer-first page

Lead with the collection, offer, or service you are sharing now. Add your shop or booking destination, then the practical details visitors may need.

Explore business templates

Build it once. Keep it current.

Your shared page address stays useful as your content and priorities change.

  1. Choose and personalize

Pick a template, add your introduction and links, and adjust the design. Free and Pro options are labeled as you browse.

  2. Review and publish

Check the layout and each destination, then publish your page. Copy its address when you are ready to share it.

  3. Add it to your profile

Use your social platform’s website or links field. Update the destinations on your page when you have something new to share.

Link in bio questions, answered.

Looking for the right starting point?

What is a link in bio page?

It is a page that brings your important links and contact options together at one address. You place that address in your social profile so people can explore your work, shop, services, or other destinations from there.

How is a mini website different from a full website?

A mini website keeps your introduction and useful destinations on one focused page. A full website can spread content across many pages and support more complex navigation or custom workflows. Your mini website can link to a full website you already have.

What is included for free?

Chip & Cheer Free includes a published page, unlimited basic links, social links, basic templates, basic customization, and 7 days of basic analytics. No credit card is required to start.

Can I add a shop or booking link?

Yes. Link to your existing shop, reservation platform, scheduling service, or other destination. Payments, orders, and appointments are managed by those providers.

Can I use my own domain or collect inquiries?

Pro adds lead capture forms and custom-domain DNS checks. Domain hosting and HTTPS are not provisioned by Chip & Cheer and require separate setup. It also includes premium templates, advanced customization, custom background uploads, more media blocks, 90 days of analytics, and branding removal.

How do I add it to a social profile?

After publishing, copy your page address and add it to the website or links field in your social profile settings. Available link fields and account requirements vary by platform. You can also share the address in emails and print materials.
