Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Respawn Enterprises LLC. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use chip & cheer for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, credentials, published pages, links, uploaded files, forms, products, and all other content you submit. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited worldwide license to host, process, display, resize, and transmit it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use chip & cheer to break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; impersonate others; distribute malware; facilitate fraud or spam; exploit minors; evade access controls; overload the service; scrape restricted data; or publish content that creates a credible risk of harm. You are responsible for obtaining consent and providing notices required for leads you collect.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Free and paid features are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Stripe processes payments and may require additional billing terms. You can cancel through the billing portal; access normally continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except when stated at purchase or required by law. Prices or plan features may change with reasonable advance notice.
Third-party services
Your page may link to or embed third-party services. chip & cheer does not control their content, availability, security, or terms. Custom-domain activation also depends on your registrar, DNS, certificate, and hosting configuration.
Suspension and termination
You may delete your account from the dashboard. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment, or conduct that harms users or the service. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Service changes and disclaimers
We work to keep chip & cheer reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular business results, permanent storage, or the continued availability of third-party integrations.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Respawn Enterprises LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Respawn Enterprises LLC and the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to hello@chipandcheer.com.
